Fiesta Turkey Recipe Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 onion, chopped
- 2 pounds shredded cooked turkey
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 large fresh tomato, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste

Fiesta Turkey Recipe Directions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the onion until tender.
- Mix in turkey, and season with garlic powder.
- Stir in the tomato. Pour in water, sprinkle with cilantro, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover skillet, and simmer 5 minutes, or until heated through.
