Cabbage Soup Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped finely in strips
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 2-3 carrots, chopped finely in strips (optional)
  • salt and pepper

Directions Cabbage Soup Recipe

  1. Cut the cabbage and carrots finely in strips.
  2. Heat the chicken broth in a large casserole.
  3. Add the cabbage and carrots.
  4. Let boil 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. You can add seasonings to your own taste.
