Cajun Tilapia Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Cajun Tilapia Recipe Directions

  1. Place all herbs and spices in a bowl and mix well. Lightly coat the fish with the spice mixture.
  2. Add butter to frying pan and heat until sizzling. Add the fish fillets, and saute over moderate heat for 4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked.
