Calorie Myth Audiobook

Instructions & Download

There are two ways you can listen to your audiobook. You can enjoy either or both.

  1. Stream Online: This is simpler, but isn’t as flexible. If you aren’t comfortable sync’ing MP3 files or have never heard of a ZIP file, choose this one.
  2. Digital Download: This is powerful, but takes a little set-up. If you’re used to sync’ing MP3 files, choose this one. This is great when flying or when you don’t have reliable Wi-Fi or cell service.

STREAM ONLINE HOW TO

The online version of your audiobook is located on the same webpage as your bonuses. Therefore, simply follow the previous instructions to get to your bonuses and you’ll be able to listen to your audiobook online as well.
