Cauliflower Cream Mashed Potatoes Recipe Ingredients

  • 12 cups Cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoons Coconut Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Cauliflower Cream Mashed Potatoes Recipe Directions

  1. Add a cup of water to a large pot and insert a steamer basket.
  2. Place cauliflower florets in the basket and bring water to a boil over high heat.
  3. Cover tightly, cook until tender, 10 – 12 minutes, and drain.
  4. Purée cauliflower in a food processor, adding florets in batches.
  5. Add coconut cream, butter and salt; process until smooth and well combined.
  6. Reheat gently, if necessary, before serving.

Notes
