Here’s what you need:
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee of your choice (yep you can even use Decaf!)
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 2 tbsp erythritol (of your choice of alternative sweeteners)
- 1 tbsp ReAlive
- 1 cup Almond milk (or coconut milk)
In a small saucepan, bring about a half cup of water to boil (enough that you can scoop 2 tbsps out). While you are boiling your water, prepare your glass. I use a medium-size mason jar. Pour your milk in and add in your ReAlive!™ Cacao Collagen Creamer. I use a little frother mixer, but a spoon will work too.
Add a little ice. Make sure you leave room for the whipped coffee. Once your water is boiling, you are going to mix the 2tbsp boiling water, 2 tbsp Instant Coffee and 2 tbsp erythritol in a bowl. I recommend using a hand mixer. Mix it until it forms stiff peaks.
Scoop it up and place it on top of your milk.
