inSANE
Strict, Complex, and Therefore Unsustainable Diet Plans & Four SANE Food Groups Lead To Forever Success
Listen
Note 1
You can keep things simple by breaking down SANE eating into three components: 1. Non-Starchy Vegetables = SANE Carbohydrates 2. Nutrient-Dense Proteins = SANE Proteins 3. Whole-Food Fats/Low-Fructose Fruits = SANE Fats and Sweets
Note 2
The inSANEst food groups are: sweets, starch, and processed fats. Try to stay so full of SANE foods that you easily avoid these as completely as possible.
Note 3
In-between food groups: high-sugar dairy and high-sugar fruits. Try to stay so full of SANE foods that you easily avoid these as much as possible. Lastly, zero to two servings of Legumes per day is fine as long as they don’t make you too full for SANEr options.
Step 3 of 6
SANE
Simple SANE Eating & Eat More, Burn More…Seriously
Listen
Note 1
When eating SANEly, you will be eating a dramatically large volume of food. 9+ servings of Non-Starchy Vegetables and 3 to 6 servings of Nutrient-Dense Proteins per day is A LOT of healing whole food!
Note 2
This is a starting point, not an ending point. You have a unique situation and metabolism and what works for someone else may not work for you. The key is having the information necessary to find your SANEity.
Note 3
There isn’t one right diet just like there isn’t one right outfit. What’s right for you depends on who you are, where you are, and where you want to go.
